General Conference Information

When and where is the conference being held?

AO² will be held virtually this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will be held September 15, 2020. You’ll be able to relax in the comfort of your own home and will still be able to learn the industry trends and best practices you typically learn at the Summit!

Why was AO2 changed to a virtual event?

As COVID-19 continues to cause concern globally, AO² presented by Central Logic is concerned about the safety and bandwidth of our healthcare community. We take seriously the shared responsibility of helping protect the health and safety of everyone.

Our commitment to your success and safety must be our first priority, and as such, we have decided to adjust the format of the conference to deliver a virtual experience.

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

The virtual AO² Summit presented by Central Logic is a complimentary event. If you had registered for the in-person conference, your registration will be refunded to you.

How will I access the virtual conference platform?

All registrants will receive login information via email prior to the program start on September 15.

What kind of software will be required to participate in the virtual AO2?

Virtual AO² will be web-based, so all you will need is a computer and an internet connection.

Who should attend the conference?

AO² is designed for health system executives, care orchestration strategists, transfer center directors and industry experts.

Where will the agenda be available?

Sessions are posted on the agenda page and will be held on September 15, 2020. The sessions will be held virtually and you must register in order to attend. If you have any questions or experience difficulties registering, please email info@ao2summit.com.

Will the presentations be available to download?

Yes, the majority of the presentations will be available for attendees to download after the sessions are complete. Also, most webinars will be available on-demand if you miss a session or want to rewatch a session.
